The Process & What to Expect

  • I want your decluttering and organising journey to feel simple, supportive, and stress-free. Here’s how we work together:

  • 1. Free Discovery Call

    Reach out via phone, email, or the website to book a free, no-obligation discovery call. We’ll chat about your space, your goals, and what kind of help you need.

  • 2. initial consultation - £40 (1 hour)

    A one-hour home visit to discuss the areas that need decluttering or any sticking points in your space. We’ll talk through your goals, challenges, and how I can help create a more organised, functional home.

  • 3. Preparation

    Before our session, I’ll send you helpful tips on how to get ready, so you feel confident and organised from the start.

  • 4. The Session(s)

    I come to your home and work alongside you to declutter, organise, and create practical systems that fit your lifestyle. The focus is on gentle, judgement-free support every step of the way. Additional hours are charged at my hourly rate of £40 per hour.

  • 5. Donation & Disposal

    As part of the process, I’ll help you set aside items to donate and assist with taking them to local charities (up to a car boot load). Please note, I don’t manage recycling or bulky disposal.

  • 6. Follow-Up Support - £40 per hour (virtual)

    If you’d like continued support after our session, or want to discuss other areas of your home, you can book a virtual consultation. It’s a flexible way to keep the momentum going and get tailored advice as you make progress.
